April: Autism Awareness/Acceptance Month events


April is Autism Awareness/Acceptance Month, and locally there are all kinds of events being planned in Palm Beach County.

This post will be updated throughout the month of April as I learn of different events. Here are a couple that SPARC will/may attend:


Best Buddies Walk

Date/Location: April 22, 2023 @ Ballpark of the Palm Beaches

Time: Check-in starts at 8:30am.

Price: The event is free, but participants must register beforehand. Donations are welcomed and appreciated.


Jupiter Police Family Autism Day

Date/Location: April 22, 2023 @ Carlin Park West

Time: 10:00am-2:00pm

Price: The event is free, but participants must register beforehand (EventBrite link on website)


Art and Autism Expo

Date/Location: April 12, 2023 @ Boynton Beach Arts and Cultural Center

Time: 5:00-7:00pm
