Individual Services & Plans

Site Visits

Site visits can be done individually or included with a training (they are included in plans). I will walk your site with you and/or your staff, identify what looks good and what can be improved, and give a simple report with observations and suggestions.

Coaching Sessions

Group coaching sessions are excellent follow-ups to trainings, and they allow staff to problem solve with myself about current concerns and how to address them. 1-on-1 sessions are also available if yourself or a staff member want individual coaching.

Tool/Aide Creation

SPARC is always building out its tool inventory! From templates to worksheets, I can custom create tools to help you and your center or program become more autism-friendly. I can also help you improve your current tools or connect your families to tools for home.

  • The SPARC Plan

    799$
    Private Assessment, Training, and Coaching
    Valid for 3 months
    • 60 minute Site Visit (in person or virtually)
    • 45-60 minute Staff Interviews
    • One 90 minute training of the organization's choice
    • Final Recommendation Report
    • One month Follow Up Visit (Optional)

  • The Guidance Plan

    1,099$
    Everything in the SPARC plan, but with added benefits
    Valid for 6 months
    • Two 90 minute trainings OR one longer training (up to 4 hrs)
    • Two Site Visits (start and end of the plan)
    • 60 minute staff interviews (pre and post plan)
    • One group counseling session
    • Final Recommendation Report
    • Two personalized tools for your team
